Forever Polished - Mythical Party Collection

Press Sample

Happy Saturday! I'm so excited to share the newest collection from Forever Polished. The Mythical Party Collection releases today and includes eight polishes: three jellies and five glitter toppers. There's something for everyone in this collection and the toppers could go over so many bases. I had such a hard time picking color combos! I think I did a pretty great job with these looks, but you'll have to see for yourself. Check out all eight of these stunners under the cut!

Mer Party

cobalt blue jelly
fuschia hexes
fuschia dusting

Mer Party

two coats
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Mer Party

This polish built up quite nicely. I used two coats and one coat of top coat. It dried quickly, but dried to a bit of a matte finish.

Mer Party

In real life, my nail line isn't as visible. It doesn't help that I have tiny nail beds and lots of free edge. The glitter dusting in this is really nice. I didn't get a lot of hexes, but I think that's because I had a mini bottle of this polish.

Dragon Party

bright purple jelly
black glitter mix
iridescent glitter accents

Dragon Party

two coats
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Dragon Party

This was a breeze to apply. Tons of glitter led to a great payoff with little effort. I used two coats plus top coat to shine it up.

Dragon Party

The iridescent glitters in this are AWESOME! They glow in the purple base. The bit of visible nail line doesn't bother me a bit. You could easily layer this over an opaque base if you'd like.

Unicorn Party

neon pink jelly
tiny neon blue, pink, purple, yellow, and orange hexes

Unicorn Party

three coats
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Unicorn Party

I used three easy coats for this look. No issues with application. Because of the neon pigment, it dried a bit matte. Top coat fixed that right up.

Unicorn Party

I had no idea how many colored hexes were in this mix! I like the look of this, but I think I'd prefer it over an opaque base.

Fairy Party

clear base
gold flakes
silver holo hexes
holo dusting

Fairy Party

one coat over OPI Eurso Euro
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Fairy Party

Super easy application. This took no effort at all. One coat gave a TON of glitter coverage. A bit of top coat made it perfectly smooth.

Fairy Party

I wish you could see the sparkle and shine on this one. It's stunning in person. If you love gold, this is a must have from the collection.

Brain Eating Party

clear base
shades of pink and white glitter mix of, but not limited to, hexes, squares, circles, stars, and triangles
tiny dark pink hexes
light pink skull and crossbones
heavy holo dusting

Brain Eating Party

one dabbed on coat over Zoya Pippa
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Brain Eating Party

This polish is jam packed! I tried applying this regularly, but I didn't like the look of it. I prefer this dabbed on. It gave me a better payoff and made it much easier to apply. One coat gave a good coverage. I was okay with one coat of top coat, but you might need two. The skulls can stick up a bit.

Brain Eating Party

If you like skulls, this one will be right up your alley. I like the pink and white over yellow, but this would also look great over peach, purple, or black.

Alien Mash

clear base
lime green hexes and squares
kelly green circles and hexes
silver holo stars and triangles
heavy holo dusting

Alien Mash

one coat over Polish & Co Pink You
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Alien Mash

This was much easier to apply than BEP. I used one coat with tons of glitter for this look. It had an average dry time and I only needed a bit of top coat to seal it all.

Alien Mash

Does this look remind you of watermelon? I hope so! That's what I was going for. Ha! The holo glitters in this are super insane. They twinkle so, so much.

Monster Bash

clear base
black, bright blue, gray, and white, and mint green hexes and squares
translucent neon purple glitters
silver holo moons, stars, and circles
holo dusting

Monster Bash

one dabbed on coat over Essie Ruffles and Feathers
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Monster Bash

I used the dabbing method to apply this because of the larger glitters. It was well worth the bit of extra work. The dry time was good, and one coat of top coat smoothed it over.

Monster Bash

This is my favorite of the bunch! I love the black with the blue, green, and purple. It's perfect! Plus, it sparkles with all the holo in it.

Invite Only

clear base
peach, light pink, light gray, and periwinkle medium hexes
light blue small hexes

Invite Only

one coat over OPI A Grape Fit
one coat Ellagee Glass top coat

Invite Only

This had the best application of the group. It was completely effortless and was such a breeze to apply. I used one coat for a great coverage. One coat of top coat was the perfect end.

Invite Only

I love this creamy mix of pastels! This is most definitely my second favorite of the collection. Plus, it looks awesome over this purple.
