Celestial Cosmetics - Jelly Thermal Polish

Product sent for review.

Celestial Cosmetics, an Australian indie, has teamed up with Color4Nails for the Seven Kingdoms collection. There are nine polishes in total and I'll be sharing five of them with you over the next few posts.

The Seven Kingdoms collection is inspired by Game of Thrones and contains duochromes, holographics, and thermals. This is the 2nd of three posts. For this post, I'll be sharing two of the jelly thermals: High Garden and A Lannister Always Pays His Debt. If you like these, they're currently available for purchase so don't delay!  Check out all the details after the cut.
All photos were taken in natural light.
One coat of Rejuvacote was used as a base and one coat of Seche Vite to finish it off.

darker teal leaning green when cold
light lime green when warm

three coats alone
one coat Seche Vite

High Garden

The application was flawless. It starts off a little sheer, but built up nicely after three coats. There is some visible nail line, but it didn't bother me. In its natural state, I had this french tip look going on which covered up my nail line. If you have free edge, I think it would look the same on you. This has a great squishy look. One coat of Seche Vite glossed this over to make the holo sparkles really pop.

I wanted to really show off the beautiful teal color this polish takes on when it's cold. I LOVE IT. This is my favorite of the two for this post.

See what I mean? The french tip thermal look is great. It looks like I did a lot of work to get the look, but no one ever needs to know my secret! This is a must have for teal and green lovers.

A Lannister Always Pays His Debt

lemon yellow when warm
orange when cold

This polish is more sheer than HG. I used four coats for a nice coverage, but you could easily layer this over a light yellow or white creme. It applies well, though. One coat of Seche Vite brought out the shine and sparkles nicely.

I love how this transitions. It reminds me of candy corn. I personally don't like candy corn, but they're too damn cute! I think this would look great with a glitter sandwiched between the layers.

Look at those sparkles! Like I said above, if you wanted a more opaque look, you could easily use a creme as a base.
