Fall Stripe Nail Art

Press Sample
Veronica and Ryan

I feel like I haven't shared any nail art in a long time! It hasn't been that long, but whatevs. I did this simple look last week and wore it for a few days. Everyone loved it! It's amazing how the simplest looks are the ones that people dote over the most.

For a super fast run down of how you can recreate this look, keep on reading!

Fall Stripes

OPI My Vampire is Buff
Zoya Veronica
Zoya Shawn
Zoya Ryan
Ellagee Glass top coat
thin striping brush

I started with a base of MViB. With a small striping brush, I alternated Veronica, Shawn, and Ryan. I layered them a few times until I got the look that I wanted. I finished it with a few stripes of MViB to add some depth.

After a bit of clean up, I added Glass to seal in the look and smooth it over.

     Simple, right?

Isn't is funny how blues always turn my skin a different color in pictures? I don't get it. Dark blues and purples look great on me in real life, but terrible in pictures.

This green shade is Shawn. It was my first Zoya polish and is still my favorite. I bought it because I have a little sister named Shawn. Well, she's not so little anymore. She'll be 18 soon and it makes me feel SO old. Does anyone have a time machine? I need to go back!

What do you think of this look? It's definitely nail art that ANYONE can do! If you don't like the colors I used, you could use any that you like. It's a versatile look with endless possibilities.

  1. That is a very nice manicure and I love the fall colors. I haven't picked up any of the new Zoyas for fall yet. But I really like all these shades especially that pretty olivey green. That looks like fall to me. Plus green is my favorite color.

  2. Thank you! Like I said, Shawn is one of my favorite polishes. I reach for it often.
