Press Sample

Valentine's Day is right around the corner! Are you ready? Whether you're single or taken, this collection has something for you. Jonesy Lou Lacquer created this amazing collection of four polishes for the upcoming holiday. Plus, there's a bonus polish if you buy the whole collection. I've got lots of pictures and some raving reviews under the cut. Don't miss it!

Is This Love?

white crelly base
bright blue hearts
bubblegum pink squares
spring green hexes

Is This Love?

two coats over white creme
one coat Gelous
one coat Rica Glossy Glam

Is This Love?

The base of this polish is on the sheer side. I'm not a fan of visible nail line, so I used one coat of a white creme to help with opaqueness. Two coats of ITL applied well and didn't take long to dry. I used Gelous and top coat  to help tame the blue hearts.

Is This Love?

I was surprised by this one. The glitter mix is simple, but really cute together. My favorite part has to be the spring green hexes. They make this polish universal for any time of the year.

Heartburn

black jelly base
metallic red shreds

Heartburn

two coats over black creme
one coat Rica Glossy Glam

Heartburn

So much glitter! I used two easy coats over a black creme. No issues with application or dry time, and it only needed one swipe of top coat to smooth over.

Heartburn

This is packed with shredded glitter. The jelly base lets the first coat still shine through. Dark and mysterious, but really wearable.

Last Dance

white crelly base
large silver holo hexes
medium iridescent hexes
metallic champagne pink dots

Last Dance

two coats over white base
one coat Rice Glossy Glam

Last Dance

Again, this one is quite sheer. I used two coats over a white creme base. It applied easily and had a great glitter payoff. Just one coat of Glossy Glam topped it off perfectly.

Very Special

medium bright fuchsia
somewhat metallic finish
subtle linear holographic

Very Special

three thin coats
one coat Rica Glossy Glam

Very Special

Great formula, but a bit on the sheer side. Two coats was almost good. The third coat was perfect. It applied smoothly and easily. I only used one coat of Glossy Glam to shine it up and make it glassy.

Very Special

Look at that sparkle! I really like how subtle the holo is. It's not so intense that you can't see the base. It's a perfect pink polish.

PDA

Bonus polish!
Free gift when purchasing the whole collection.

red jelly base
black holo shreds

PDA

two coats over Essie Fishnet Stockings
one coat Rica Glossy Glam

PDA

Two easy coats over a red creme base. This polish is super sheer and I didn't want to apply 6 coats to build it up. I had no problems with application or dry time. It's really shiny on its own, but I used a coat of Glossy Glam to top it off.

PDA

This is my favorite of the collection! This is squishy strawberry jelly goodness. The black shredded glitter has a great holographic look that really makes this different. You need the whole collection to get this bad boy. LOVE!
