     I can't believe that I almost forgot to post this! I swatched this polish last week and fell in love. What's not to like about mermaids, circle glitter, and pastels? I layered this over a light and a dark base to show off the versatility. Don't miss out on all the details after the jump!

    I had zero issues with application. The glitter payoff was great and it had an average dry time. One layer of topcoat was just right.

     I love this over a darker base! It's a gorgeous mix that will work over various bases.
