Liquid Lacquer - Collide Into You

Today's post features an indie polish created by a lovely lady I've come to know through the polish community on Facebook. Liquid Lacquer recently had a restock in the Big Cartel shop. There are new glitter toppers, new holos, and glitter polishes. I had to restrain myself from buying too many at once. My top pick is Collide Into You.

For a full review and more pictures, check out rest under the cut...
All pictures were taken in natural sunlight.

small pink circle glitter

Collide Into You
three coats over base coat
one coat Seche Vite

I was very pleased with the formula of CIY. It went on smoothly, built up nicely, and had a great glitter pay off. This is three easy coats. I could have gotten away with two coats, but I liked how the gold glitters turned more green looking with the thin layer of turquoise crelly on top.

Dry time was average. One coat of Seche Vite was sufficient. CIY was super smooth alone, but I always like the added protection of SV.

The gold flake shimmer is a bit hard to pick up on camera, but it's perfect in real life. I couldn't get over how perfectly it all meshed together.

I love this polish! I actually wore this for three days with no chips! I didn't get tired of it at all; I just wanted to wear it forever. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option at the time.

What do you think? Are you a fan of this turquoise crelly? I can't get enough circle glitter. There's just something about it that seems fresher than the typical hex glitter.

Liquid Lacquer can be purchased in the Big Cartel shop.
