Good morning! Pittsburgh is heating up and I hate it. I'm not built for temps over 75 or sweating. The only good thing about this weather is incoming neons! I can't get enough of them.

There you have it! I made this post short and sweet since they all had great formulas. As with most neons, they do dry matte. You'll definitely want a good top coat to make them shine. I love my Glossy Glam so of course I had to go with that.
