Super great coverage! I needed just two easy coats for this look. It applied smoothly and evenly. Dry time was decent. You'll definitely want a good top coat to gloss is over nicely.
Isn't this gorgeous? I posted a teaser of it on Snapchat and everyone went crazy over it! It's so sparkly.
Clearly On Top
This was my first experience with Clearly On Top and it's...AWESOME. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love it. It's thick enough to gloss over glitters, but not too thick that it's hard to work with. It dried super fast and set up really well. I'm a fan.
