So, did you see yesterday's post? If you missed it, catch it here! This is the second installment of the Ellagee Villainous Holo-ween collection. I have 4 more duos to complete the 16 polish Halloween collection. Are you ready for this?

Keep on reading to get all the details about these bad babes!

Gothel Duo
Inspired by Mother Gothel from the Disney movie, Tangled

Mother Knows Best

deep red wine
golden shimmer
linear holo
scattered holo shimmer

Mother Knows Best

two coats
one coat Glass

Mother Knows Best

Ellagee knows how to do a holo right. This one was perfect in two coats and needed just a bit of Glass to shine it up just right.

This polish is perfect for Gothel. it's deep and mysterious with a nice glimmer. This is the perfect autumnal color.

Now I'm The Bad Guy

clear base
black and gold holo hexes

Now I'm The Bad Guy

one coat over Zoya Claire
one coat Glass

Now I'm The Bad Guy

One glitter packed coat of those polish gave me a great payoff. The easy application only needed one coat of Glass to finish it off.

Black and gold is quite a good combination, isn't it? You could layer this one over any base for a stunning look.

Yzma Duo
Inspired by Yzma from the Disney movie, The Emperor's New Groove

I'll Smash It With A Hammer

black
turquoise and purple shimmer
linear holo
scattered holo shimmer

I'll Smash It With A Hammer

two coats
one coat Glass

I'll Smash It With A Hammer

Two perfect coats and this one's good to go. I added Glass to shine it up.

This isn't your normal black holo. This looks like galaxy nails without all the work. The turquoise and purple shimmer really make is special.

Wrong Lever!

clear base
pink, turquoise, and purple holo hexes

Wrong Lever!

one coat over Illamasqua Superstition
one coat Glass

Wrong Lever!

One fabulous coat and the glitter payoff is perfect. No issues with application. One coat of Glass smoothed it over.

I think this glitter mix is the sparkliest from the collection. The dark purple and pink are nice accents in the super pretty turquoise base.

Maleficent Duo
Inspired by Maleficent from the Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty

Now Shall You Deal With ME!

lime green
golden flash
linear holo
scattered holo shimmer

Now Shall You Deal With ME!

three coats
one coat Glass

Now Shall You Deal With ME!

This one is a bit sheerer than the others. I used three coats for an opaque look. It had a nice formula, though. There were no issues with application and one coat of Glass finished it off.

I love the golden flash in this. I wore this for a few days and it passed my wear test. After three days, I didn't have any chips.

Mistress Of All Evil

clear base
black, light purple, and magenta holo hexes

Mistress Of All Evil

one coat over OPI Vant to Bite my Neck?
one coat Glass

Mistress Of All Evil

Another great glitter bomb that only needed a single coat for good coverage. One coat of Glass glossed it over.

This works over the lime green holo, but I love, love, love it over this dark purple. The light purple glitters really pop! I actually have this duo on my toes now.

Ursula Duo
Inspired by Ursula from the Disney movie, The Little Mermaid

The Importance Of Body Language

deep dark blue toned purple
silvery shimmer
linear holo
scattered holo shimmer

The Importance Of Body Language

two coats
one coat Glass

The Importance Of Body Language

Twq easy coats and this baby is good to go. No issues with application here. Of course, Glass glossed it up perfectly.

I love this! Ursula is so obviously the best Disney character and the one I can relate to most.

Poor Unfortunate Souls

clear base
turquoise, black, and red holo hexes

Poor Unfortunate Souls

one coat over Zoya Ryan
one coat Glass

Poor Unfortunate Souls

One coat. Just one perfect coat for full glitter coverage. Glass smoothed it over.

This is my favorite glitter! It's perfectly named and reminds me of a trapped Ariel. Ugh. I love Ursula so much! She's big, bad, and bitching.

  1. I'm really digging all of the polishes in this collection. They don't seem like your typical Halloween polishes, but they still fit the holiday perfectly. Great swatches! <3

  2. Thank you!

I love that it's not a typical Halloween collection. It's perfect for the season, though. The villains never get enough credit.
