     So, since I shared a more advanced technique for the whale decals from Lacquer by Lissa, I decided to keep this one nice and simple. Absolutely anyone can do this look. For all the details, keep on reading!

     These couldn't be easier to apply. Just let your base color dry and then place the decals where you'd like. I used tweezers to remove them from the backing sheet and then put them on my nail. I added a holo circle glitter in the middle of the dolphins. A layer of top coat and the look is sealed in. Easy, right?
