Philly Love's Lacquer - Fancy Winter Wench Trio

Press Sample

Philly Love's Lacquer is at it again! Esther, the creator, sent me three polishes from her newest collection: Fancy Winter Wench.  "It is named for two divisions of the Philadelphia Mummers Parade - the Fancy Brigade and the Wench Brigade. Each color is named for a group in either brigade."

As soon as I received the email about the collection, I was beyond excited. When I got my mail after work last night, I was pumped. I had a rough day and this was just the pick me up I needed. Get ready for some awesome polishes!

Cara Liom

bright periwinkle

Cara Liom

This was a dream to apply. I used three coats here, but you might be able to get away with just two. It dried quickly and only needed a swipe of top coat to finish it off.

Cara Liom

How pretty is this? I totally wasn't expecting this to be so amazing. In real life, it's way more sparkly and way more holographic.

The Pirates

black
scattered holographic
silver, blue, and red micro glitter

The Pirates

one coat Rica Glossy Glam

The Pirates

Two easy coats applied flawlessly to achieve this look. No issues with pooling or dragging here. I used one coat of topcoat to gloss it over.

The Pirates

In these pictures, it looks like a silver micro glitter with red and blue, but it's so much more than that. You can vaguely see the holo. Trust me. It's there. I like this one a lot!

Froggy Car

bright grass green
scattered holographic
gold flakies
gold micro glitter

Froggy Car

The formula for this is very similar to Cara Liom, but it's a lot more opaque. I used two easy coats for this look. One coat of topcoat was enough to shine it up nicely.

Froggy Car

My favorite of the three! I love green, but typically don't go for gold. This one is a game changer for me. I love the gold flakies in this. It sure brightened up my snowy day!
